The penultimate stage of the Swiss Epic saw Stefano Goria and Davide Foccoli, of SCOTT Racing 2, launch a stinging attack on the Wolfgang climb in pursuit of victory on the day and time in the battle for the 2026 title. The men in the yellow CIOVITA jerseys, Engadin La Punt’s Fadri Barandun and Andrin Beeli, defended manfully, limiting their losses to 53 seconds. Elite Women’s race leaders, Anna Weinbeer and Claudia Peretti, continued their perfect race, adding Stage 4 to their haul of victories. KTM Spada Brenta Brakes - Olympia thus takes a 32-minute advantage into the final stage on Sunday.
